Associations Tab

The Associations tab appears in both the Account and Contact Detail views. Associated contacts and accounts have a relationship with the selected contact or account.

Columns in the tab include: Name, Relation, Description, Created by, and Date.

How Do I?

Open the Associations Tab

• From the Contact or Account Detail view, click Associations. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.

View the associated contacts

• On the Associations tab, click the contact or account name.

Add an association

• Click the Add New Association button and follow the steps for adding a new contact or account association.

Delete an association

• Click Delete next to the association that you want to delete.
